Strategically Planning

Members of the Stanthorpe Sports Association came together in January to collaboratively contribute to the review and update of the Association’s Strategic Plan. This session brought representatives from across SSA’s member clubs to share insights, identify priorities and help shape a clear, future-focused direction for sport on the Granite Belt. The process reflects SSA’s strong commitment to inclusive decision-making and ensuring the voices of its volunteer-led clubs are central to planning for sustainable growth and improved facilities.
